Our French Cottage

I have been promising many people for pictures of our little house here in Paris, so here they are....  We aren't done decorating/furnishing as you will be able to tell by our 2nd floor but we are on the way.  Hopefully it will be  green and blossoming in our garden any day now!

Guest bedroom

Guest bathroom (you can see the shower through the mirror...character, eh?)

There it is...the tree of life shower.

The front door which leads to the teeny, tiny kitchen.  I forgot to take a pic of the kitchen..whoops!

Bookshelf between the door and the living room

The living room with very 70s glass stairway

More living room that opens to the "conservatory"

Groovy stairs

Upstairs, the office area

The upstairs is a wall of windows and overlooks our garden

More of our view..we are going to try to make friends with the people that live in the mansion

Our 2nd floor and bedroom, you can see it is a little empty but we are working on it

Bedroom

More bedroom

Our bathroom upstairs...no shower curtain, gotta love the French

More of the upstairs bathroom
Our Secret Garden, what you see when you come through the gate.  We can't wait until the trees blossom!

Our little house from the yard.

The sun room or "conservatory" according to our landlord Madame Dubois.  This is our dining room too.

More of the conservatory with my sign that Jeremy had made for me "Chez Aimee"

View to the yard, the doors open all the way so it is an inside/outside room in the summer.

With the doors open from the conservatory.... hope you enjoyed the tour!

  1. Your home is awesome! The staircase and the conservatory are my favorite parts... and the fact that your landlord's name is Madame Dubois! <3

  2. SO cute! It's so fun to see your stuff in a new place. You are way more decorated and put together than me, and we have been here for 3 years!
